Credora is an Australian business based in Sydney. We currently ship orders throughout Australia and New Zealand using tracked delivery services.

Shipping costs

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotion will also be displayed at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and begin after your order has been dispatched. Regional, remote and New Zealand deliveries may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by public holidays, weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

International duties and taxes

Customers outside Australia may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
